What is the case that we could file for not supporting his child for 15 years? He didn't show off since child's birth. Now, he is a seaman and still not supporting his child. The child stayed with him for months but he treated it so bad that's why the child went back to us.
He has wife and 2 children now. Please let us know what to do first to file a case against him.
Thank you..

1. Where do you live, the rules in Iran is not the same as Mexico, or that of England or Canada.
We are a international site, so you could be anywhere
2.What current order of support is in place, though the courts.
What type of custody order is in place though the courts.
3. When was child with him ? And for how long? Was there court order changes when you went. To child with him
** In most of the US, unless there is a court order, he does not owe support. In a few places you can ask for some back, but not in most.
But if there is no court paper work at all, you file for custody, for child support.

If he is military, they are usually really good at making those guys at least pay their end. They can't force them to be present in the child's life, but they WILL garnish wages.
Im not sure how that works if he joined AFTER the child was born though.
