Hi, I had sex July 13th for the first time. No protection but he used the pull out method way before he.. you know. Well, my first period after I had sex was super heavy and was 2 days late. However, ever since then my periods have been lighter and one day earlier and early by 4-7 days defiantly not the same as my regular flow also I have hardly had cramps. I took 3 pregnancy tests one 7-26 the other 9-16 and the most recent 9-29. All negative. I have had some symptoms such as I feel like my belly is getting larger and some nausea. I have also just started to work out again in August for at least 8 hours a day doing strength training. Please tell me if there is any possible way I could be pregnant.
Also I feel like I have a heart beat in my stomach. I weigh 115 pounds. Maybe it could be my aortic valve or am I paranoid
Also that was my first time

Pulling out isn't really a 'method' because it often results in pregnancy.
However, it doesn't sound likely that you are pregnant, because you have had periods since July 13, your one and only time of sex (you say first time twice, but you don't say if you had sex since), and because the test results are negative. In VERY rare cases a woman might have one or more periods and still be pregnant, or test negative and be pregnant. There is almost nothing that can be decided online.
But it is very common as you get older for your periods to change in all respects, and exercise has an effect too.
And you won't feel a heartbeat in your stomach. That's probably the pulse of your solar plexus.
So... I doubt that you are pregnant.

I don't think you are pregnant if you've had three negative pregnancy results this long after you had sex. That said, the "pull out" method is is worthless and famously responsible for many bouncing baby boys and girls. If you are going to have sex, go to the doctor and get reliable birth control. Also use condoms every single time to protect yourself from diseases.

For peace of mind, find a doctor's office or clinic in your area where you can go for a free pregnancy test. Look online and there are lots of places that offer them. This can confirm your negative result.

Better than the reliable birth control advice is this advice - don't have sex until you are financially independent and secure enough to care for the baby, even if the father disappears and does absolutely nothing to help you. There are a lot of sexual things you can do short of intercourse to express your feelings and have the feeling of orgasm that does not require you to take this risk. A responsible and decent boy will agree that pregnancy is not something worth risking - if he wants to risk it, he's too immature for you and it's time to move on.
