I anted to keep him we dated for a short period and all and we aren't together anymore and he has a new girlfriend who he also has pregnant is there any laws in Indiana that he will not be able to see us because he causes fights whenever he is around and its stressful for us.

No, there are no laws because you fight and don't get along. He can file for visitation if he so chooses. He would have to be deemed an unfit parent by the court in order to not get visitation.

No, in fact all the laws will allow him up to joint custody, if he asks for it.
Normally he will ask for and get standard visitation. And no it is not stress, you merely don't talk to him, he will come get child, and go visit. He will have a relationship with his child.
So unless he is a danger to the child, not stress to you, he will get it.
Even as a danger, he may get supervised visits

I've said before, people would be a lot better off if they considered the possibility of their partner as a parent before engaging in sex.
You dated this man and he was good enough for you to have sex with. Now, all of a sudden you want to keep him from HIS child. Sorry, but he has rights too. He is just as much a parent of your child as you are. Unless you can prove he is a danger to the child, then he will get some level of visitation if he asks a court for it.
On the other hand, your child is entitled to his financial support. So you should be filing for child support after giving birth.
