Hi all. I'm looking for a R&B song. It was sung by a group of guys, I think, sometime in 1995, 1996 or 1997? The group sounds strongly like a group called "Shai" but I don't know for sure and the lyrics of the chorus goes something like "Stop the love you save may be your own, stop or you may find yourself alone, Stop the love you save may be your own, stop if you want to save my love, my love"... or something like that. It's a very slow, sensual song. I've looked every where for this song and all I keep getting is a song by Jackson 5 with the same title and a cover of it that Hanson did - which is NOT the one I'm looking for. The one I'm searching for is really smooth, a real slow jam... sexy... Much thanks :)

Are you sure it was that late? The lyrics come from a Jackson 5 song "Stop the love" I think they do anyway, they sound familiar.

I guess someone else may have covered it afterwards!

I have been looking for this song for two year. I too get the damn morons answering the same answers to this question. I keep telling them REREAD the post. IT IS NOT THE JACKSON< HANSON< JOE TEX or any other ROCK BAND. It is a R&B Male Group from the late 90's early 2000's
