I work in cubicle city and have just tripped one of the outlets in my cubical. My cubical neighbor's tripped off at the same time. We have computers in the same railing strip that are plugged in and working fine. Do you know of a way to reset the outlets?

Have your maintenance people look for a tripped breaker.

All we know at this point is that you work in a cubicle and you tripped a breaker. Other than that how are we supposed to even begin to know what's wrong?

ma0641 is right. Call maintenance.

Thanks, we have contacted maintenance, but they tell us the repair would be deferred to a contractor. Which means $$... The circuit breaker panel is locked so we can't access it. I thought that perhaps if someone had experience with cubes, there would be a solution, like go to the end of the panel and pull of the cover, underneathe there are reset buttons. Oh, if it were so simple life would be less complicated.

I can tell you I have never seen a panel with reset buttons or breakers.

Your maintenance dept is full of it! Resetting a breaker is not a contractor thing. That is not a "repair".
