You should ask a dermatologist, they know what is best. You can use laser to take them off. But it cost a lot, and it's a risk because your skin may not grow back to it's original texture or color. It might turn into a scar or a hole but not always. If you want to take that risk it's your choice. I'm not a skin expert so go and ask a dermatologist is the smartest move.

Have you tried alpha hydrox? They make them for all things but there is a spot treatment one for bown spots. I had a brown spot on my temple and after awile it went away! I'd ask the doctor about it. It could be related to sun exposure, hormones, or a host of other things.
