Ive been looking for this movie for quite some time now and I really need some help. I only remember a few parts but a mother and her teenage daughter move into this house, and the daughter chooses the creepy basement as her room. Im not sure but I think there's a sink or a toilet or something down there and I think the closet has something to do with the movie. Anyway, at the end the house steals the girl or the girls soul and she's tlking to her mom through the house and then at the very end the mom and her daughter move out, and as their about to leave a couple is interested in buying the house and the mom tries to warn them that it is haunted but they don't believe her. I remember what the house, the basement, and what the outside looks like, but I can't remember what its called. I only watched it one time. Please help!! Thank you :)
