In 2007 I was pulled over in Wyoming inrpute to my home in Colorado. Unbeknownst to me my license had been suspended for faliure to pay fines. I was unable to make my court date as I could not drive to Wyoming from Colorado. Ive been unable to pay my fine even thougj I tried to set arrangememts I just couldnot make them. I moved to the south with my wife. Will they come to my house or extradite me if I was pulled over?

No, its unlikely they will extradite, but it is possible your current license could be suspended.

You can not have a current license, if the other is suspended, it would be suspended because of this.
So if you get pulled over driving, your current state will arrest you for driving on a suspended license and very likely impound your car.
If found, they will detain you and see if at this time, the other sates wants to extradite you. I have never seen it happen for something this minor, but who knows, they may have a prisoner in this jail, going back soon, and it will be almost free to send you.
But normally no but the warrant stays valid and every time stopped you will be detained
