I have low hot water pressure in my shower. I have replaced the shower head, replaced the shower cartridge, and replaced the pressure balance valve (?). I still have low hot water pressure in my shower. What could be my problem and how do I fix it?

At the time you had the cartridge out did you turn the water back on to flush out the supplies to be sure they had good pressure? Let me know. Tom
