How would I go about losing weight, I just can't seem to motivate myself I get thinking yeah I will do this and this but when it come to it I just can't be bothered. I feel like if I go to the gym people would just laugh at me, I'm not like that obese I can't move but if I carry on I will end up being pretty bad. Im 5,1 around 13 stone. I just want to be slimmer like I use to I just can't find the motivation, and when it comes to food I have no idea, as I'm a uni student you know how we are. I wish someone would give me like a weekly diet plan with food and exercise instead of me trying and failing to think of one and giving up

Any help greatly appreciated

Stop eating foods made with wheat flour and/or sugar. Move more -- walk when you could ride, park at the outside edge of a mall lot and walk to the stores, climb stairs instead of use the elevators and escalators.

Follow this every day, and by Christmas you will notice a difference.

That has not helped much, I'm in my final year at university I have a 2 day week spend the rest of my week doing nothing or doing work.

If you do what I suggested and do it faithfully, you will lose weight.

Not really motivating me to do it, saying move more doesn't really help

Motivation? You asked for our advice and she gave you a wonderful plan that is extremely easy to follow and requires low intensity activities.
Your motivation should be the better body you'll have at the end.

I am very happy with my health and body I can do 5mi jogs like some people do 2mi walks. But I never stop because the fact that I know I can get even better is enough motivation for me
You shouldn't need us to motivate you to go through a tiny bit of pain so you can reach success
