So me and my ex girlfriend who have just broken up tonight had been going through a rough patch. Basically we've been going out for 14 months and I loved her with all my heart.

One night she just randomly text me saying 'I think we need to talk' and she just explained she'd been having doubts.

We went through a few weeks of a rough patch, when we were together, everything was fine, as normal, then when we were apart, she'd be weird and tell me she's still having doubts.

She said she still loves me and 'Doesn't know what she wants'. We decided to end it and I feel like . I'm crying just typing this. She even said 'We'll probably be sitting here thinking what idiots we were' meaning we'll probably be together in the future.

I need help guys, I'm falling apart here.

Hi, I'm really sorry for you xx I think you should try to keep in touch with her - like just as friends. Go out get coffee or something with her and just see if you get back with her that way and if you don't then you still got a really good friend

I just spoke to her, she hasn't stopped crying since she left.

She said:

"But until I know what I want I think we need to be apart, we may get back together but staying in touch wont help. I'm sorry for hurting you."

I totally agree with the 'not being in touch thing', Do you think things could end well?

God I crying for you here :'( , in that case I would give it a couple of weeks, try to get on with life as normal as posable. Then try her she mite have worked out what she wonts xxx I really hope it works out for you xxxx
