If I turn the lounge light on and then try to turn the hall light on it wo't work, if I turn the hall light on first is flickers rapidly as do the lounge lights if I turn them on after turning the hall light on. Can you help please?

Has any one done any work either on this circuit or in the area of the circuit?

Loose connections will cause condutors to heat up and separate cauing lights to flicker when the conductors cool and reconnect.
