I am the father of a child in CA and I live in CO and I want to terminate my rights to the child. I have never seen the child, nor do I want to. Paternity test has found me to be the father. The court said that paperwork to terminate my parental rights would be sent to me. Nothing has come, and I can't find the correct forms. The mother has given her rights up to her sister because of drug use. The case was filed in LA,CA in the mother's name, but the sister has custody. Child support has been enforced and my license revoked in CO for this. What can I do, and how do I do it?

I think you misunderstood something. No court is going to terminate your rights. Unless the sister and her husband adopted the child, then you will be on the hook for child support.

Why was your license revoked if you are paying support?
