I have a 92 Honda Prelude S and it dies when it gets warm. It does good when I start it for the first time (when its cold) but once it warms up, my check engine light will come on, I try to give it gas and my rpm's stay at 0. Then it will just die completely, then I cannot get it started again. I need to find out what's wrong with it

Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM), located inside the distributor, and the coil. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM. This will solve your problem.

If you haven't replaced the distributor cap and rotor in the last 60,000 miles, this is a good time to do it. Excess resistance in old distributor caps and rotors often causes the ICM to fail, as high secondary voltage is discharged into the control module.
