95 civic won't start in wet weather. If the check engine light will go off (and hear a click from under the dash at the same time) the car with start right up and run fine after that. I have replaced the distributor about a year ago when this started and replaced the main relay switch a couple of days ago. It came a light shower today while at work and it didn't want to start. I turn the switch on and if no click, it won't start. Turn off switch and back on a wait.. finally it clicks and cranks right up and runs fine. New plugs about a year ago. Now what do I check?
