Hey I'm a 22 year old girl and I'm seeing hearing and having people talk to me that look like dead people and no one to talk to what do I do. Sometimes I'm scared sometimes I'm not what do they want are they helping me or do I help them?

How and when did this start? What about them makes you think they are dead?
