My daughter is 15 and her boyfriend will be 18 in 4 months. Is it legal for them to be together?
There is no legal age to date, it's whether the parents agree. However, there is a legal age of consent wherein certain sexual acts can cause the adult in the relationship some legal troubles.
In Indiana, the legal age of consent is 16. So, if this boy kisses, fondles, has sex with your 15 year old daughter he could be accused and charged with statutory rape, for example, and labeled a sex offender for the rest of his life.
Now, it is up to you, as the parent, to decide if you want your 15 year old daughter to date an 18 year old man.

As long as the parents or guardian of the underage girl agrees, they may date. The laws come if , they they decide to have sexual touching or other sexual conduct . Which of course 18 year old boys will normally have in mind.

It sounds like you have already consented to their dating since you refer to him as her boyfriend. So I'm guessing your concern is whether either of them can get in trouble with the law.
As noted, unless he has sex with her and someone finds out and files a complaint (pregnancy is sure proof) then they are OK.
