I have a Trane XE 80 gas furnace and a Trane air conditioner. I cannot get either one to come on when I call for the heat or cool. Blower will not respond either. I can get furnace to fire if the manually do it at the furnace, but it cuts out after about 30 seconds. What could be the problem
