I am having trouble refilling my Kraus built-in soap dispenser on my kitchen sink. I was able to do it twice before, but not this time. I've tried pulling it. I've tried turning it from the top and the bottom and it turns but doesn't come apart so I can refill it. The entire unit is stainless steel.

Help!

Almost every one I have seen, the pump just lifts out and you fill the bottle from above. If it turns, have someone hold the bottle under the sink and try to twist the top off, probably counter clockwise.
