We are in a late life marriage. I am not on the deed of the house. Do I have any rights?

Yes, you do have rights, you don't have to get out of the house, but time to find a lawyer.

He can't kick you out of the marital home. But once you leave you may not be able to get back in.

He can not kick you out of the house, he can file for divorce and try to get you out during the divorce hearing.
You can file for 1/2 of all property that was gained during the marriage, so even if in his name, if it was bought while you were married, you can ask for part of it, also perhaps spouse support and more.
