I have been prescribed 'faceclin-A gel'.but I just want to know that whether I should apply it on the acne/bumps or also on the dark spots/blemishes that the old acne(cured) ones have created.?
Please help.
Does 'faceclin-a gel' cause any lightening at all?

Also,the areas where I use 'faceclin-a gel'(spot treatment) seems to have a layer of shiny and brownish.I called my dermatologist and she (by hearing this)said that's how it works.
She has given me lucidum lotion as facewash.which prevents keratinisation and also removes debris off the skin.. so will those layers formed go away?
Please help.
