3 years ago I was with this one girl that I was madly in love with. She was wonderful to me in every way. We were fooling around for about 7 months when we finally got together. A month after we got together she gave me the worst news that she was going to be moving an hour away. Devistated of course I thought it would work me being naïve with my first long distance relationship. It got hard to see her and hard to hang out. The fights started and she eventually met new people. She ended up breaking up with me. The next day I had found out she cheated on my with the guy she is with now. I've dated many girls and am currently with one right now and I love her but I can't stop think about my ex. Sounds crazy but I don't know why I can't get her out of my head. Should I try to contact her. Help?

One hour away doesn't seem like that long of a distance? How long have you been with this girl that you are with now?

You need to end this relationship you're in now and spare that poor girl the heartache. You can't have a healthy and successful relationship before you get over your ex.
Why are you still not over her 3 years later? What makes someone so special that you still think about them when they've long forgot about you. Stop living in the past and focus on the future.

So what's going on in this 2 year relationship that has you pining over an ex? Have you had some kind of contact with the ex that has triggered old feelings?
Under NO circumstances what so ever should you contact a lying cheating ex. That would be crazy!!!

You shouldn't have her on Facebook. Delete her now and don't look back. The more you keep yourself up to date on her the harder its' going to be.

Have heart guy as its normal for exes to haunts us all our lives. Old memories, and old feelings can often freak us out years later. The trick is, enjoy the good memories, accept and learn from the bad ones, and keep moving forward with what you are doing now.
They fade quickly when you deal with reality. We didn't have Facebook in my day, but the old high school year books can give you all kinds of old feelings and long forgotten memories coming back.
The shock will wear off if you do NOTHING!

Maybe it's just curiosity and the mystery of her life that has piquéd your interest. Just because someone comes up in your thoughts doesn't mean you haven't moved on.
I wouldn't get in touch with her. If you love your current girlfriend than invest this restless energy into that relationship. It's amazing how technology has changed the entire relationship world. It only takes a pic to dredge up old memories but if you leave it at that it should subside quickly.
