My girlfriend moved in with me, from PA, in October 2010. The relationship has not worked out due to countless occurrences of fighting and property damage and general conflict. I told her that she had to move out due to the relationship not working. She refused. I found something online to use as formal notification that I wanted her out in 30 days. I taped the notice to the inside of her windshield to ensure she got it. She claims to have spoken to someone who is telling her my 30 day notice for her to leave is completely useless. She pays no rent or bills. She is unemployed and does not go to school. What do I have to do to make her?

You piggybacked your question on to an old thread and it was unlikely that anyone else would see it. I've moved it to its own thread.

Even though your girlfriend does not pay any rent or bills she is still considered a tenant for legal purposes. Because she has no written lease she is a month-to-month tenant.

To remove her you need to give her a written notice that her tenancy is terminated and she must move out within 30 days, which you did. If she hasn't moved out within that time then you have to file a lawsuit for eviction. I hope you kept a copy of the notice you gave her because you will have to provide it in court. Whoever told her that the notice was useless was wrong.

Good luck!
