My wife worked a little in 2011 and not at all in 2012, I'm on disability social security. Do we have to file taxes for those years.

It depends on HOW MUCH is a little and how much you collected in disability in 2011.

If disability is your ONLY source of income in 2012, you probably will not even have to file.
