All have 10' ceilings. All need to be modestly prepped by filling holes in the walls, and the like. The walls are white. We will be using white paint again... however, if we decide to go with a colored paint, should I expect to be charged more?

Rm. 3 is 560 sq ft. ceiling: 196
Rm. 4 is 500 sq ft.; ceiling: 153
Rm. 5 is 780 sq ft.; ceiling: 356
