A good chance of the flu, I would have the cough checked, that is not a pregnancy sign.

You may get a period, if you have sex two days before, and still be pregnant.

There is no way to know till next month and see if you get or miss your next period.

So he still has sperm and he still had sperm in the early fluids. So of course you could be pregnant but there chances are slim, so most likley you are not, but just have to wait for next period to know for sure
