If divorced 12 years and husband has been in default of paying the agreed upon amount and two years after cuts in half claiming hardship and then year later cuts it even more.. Wondering if a time frame to go back to court... I agreed to cuts on temporary basis was not suppose to be permanent and now as per agreement suppose to send Income Tax return and says agreement up.
Divorce was in 2000.. and started in default two years later. Kept hoping it would turn around.. and ever time I ask says I should be thankful for what he has sent me.

Question Divorce was in one state.. he now lives in another state.. wanting to know what kind of time limits on pursuing bringing him back to court?

He's in contempt of Court so you file a Motion in the original Court to hold him in contempt. He cannot legally "adjust" the amount he pays without a Court Order allowing him to do so.
