I think the movie was made in the mid 80s.
Don't remember the actors being big names.
The movie was about a married woman and her husband thought she was having an affair. He followed her and found that she was indeed sleeping with another man but he was helping her with her sexual blocks. The husband listened outside the door and his wife would cry while having sex with this other man,
The man told the husband about a place on the woman's neck that could be used to release her stored truma.
At some part in the movie with her husband using this move she was in a trance/shocked state.
