I went to the doctor and found out that I have an uti, I also took a pregnancy test, which came back negative. I was wondering can an uti cause a missed period?

Theoretically a uti can delay a period; any infection can interrupt ovulation. Usually though a missed or delayed period is caused by stress, depression or extreme dieting, or of course, pregnancy.
