All right, so I saw this movie years ago, probably end 90's.
It's sort of a horror movie, and I only remember fragmented scenes from it, but the one scene that I will never forget is this one, and this is the best lead I have:

A boy is sitting in classroom, and his teacher asks him something, and he's faced with a choice, either to tell the truth or lie. And at that point, the jesus on the cross that is on the wall opens his eyes and stares at the boy.

The other scenes of the movie include a graveyard at some point, and the kid having a nightmare where something is banging at his bedroom door trying to get in.

That's all I have for it, and anyone that can help will end 2 years of unsuccessful searching.
