I'm 14 years old and 10 pouds under weight. I'm trying to eat better, but in the back of my mind, I'm terryfied of being fat. Is there a way to get rid of that thought?

Hi, I'm 27 and I'm really underweight but I'm naturally very tiny. If you have a tiny bone structure then don't worry so much about the 10lbs. The weight charts are not accurate for everyone, ten lbs under what it says might be right for your body. Check with your doctor.
As to fear of being fat, what is your definition of fat? My definition of fat is to be at a weight that is unhealthy for your body and detrimental to your ability to live. If your definition of fat is that you don't wear double zero jeans then you need a new definition. Fat is a state of mind. Eat right and exercise properly and your body will maintain its proper weight naturally. Just cause you're skinny it doesn't mean you are happy or that you will get a great guy. If a guy is more into your waistline then your personality then he's a loser.
Be who you are and let your body be its healthy self. If your doctor says you are healthy then you are not fat. Be you and not a magazine cover. You are 3D, the magazine cover is 2D. Besides, look where the magazine cover ends up? In the garbage dump.
