I am 1/3 owner of a property and there has been a lien put on it for 1 of the owners , am I responsible for the lien ? Would it be taken from my share if the land was sold?

You are not personally responsible for the lien. If the property was sold then the amount of the lien would be deducted from the share of the person responsible for the lien. However if their share was not enough to cover the amount of the lien then the balance would be deducted equally from the shares of the other two owners, and each of you would have a valid claim against the third owner for that amount.

Yes. But the owner of the lien could attempt to satisfy his or her lien by going to court for the purpose of taking the property.
