I've been with my boyfriend for two and a half years. We got into a huge argument and he became verbally abusive. I insisted on talking it out but instead he forced me out of his room. When I didn't he kept pushing me with the flat of his palm on the chest just below my neck. Is that considered abuse?

I would say no. Flat palm, sternum, backing you out of the room. And you were in the wrong first, by refusing to leave HIS room.
Your sentences lack credibility anyway, because you say he 'forced you out of his room' followed by 'When I didn't.. '

I completely agree with joypulv. You asked for it by not leaving his room when he asked you to.
Is your goal to get him into trouble?

It is not abuse, ( well perhaps verbal but bet you were abusive also verbally)
When he said get out, you needed to get out not stay and argue. He was being safe in merely pushing open palm. In legal terms you were tresspassing the minute you did not leave his room when asked.
