Hi, I'm Indian citizen, I was In US during Feb 2006 to Aug 2006 in Nebraska state on L1 visa.
I've received "Form W2 Wage and Tax Statement".
A > Please let me know any good site for filling e returns.
B> What documents are required other than W2 Form for filling returns ?
C> Does this take care of my all taxes viz federal/state/medical, I mean only one filling for all the tax heads ?
D> What should be my filling status ? ( I was In US for the period of 6.5 months and my Wife and Kid were in India )

A> You CANNOT efile your return, as you must file either file as a non-resident or dual-status alien.

B> Probably not.

c> You also have to pay state income taxes to Nebraska.
