I am freshman and I want to be a varsity cheerleader next year. I can do all sorts of stunts but I don't know if that's what it takes. :/ what should I do so that I'm guaranteed to make it next year. Any suggestions?

Just do your best. Have that X-factor and be cheerful, I guess. Exude a lot of confidence and personality. Just show them you're in it for the long run and you're serious about it... and that you're capable.

Please do not ask new questions ( threads) about the same topic, answer this thread to add more information. You last post has been deleted.

But there are no promises, there will be many girls trying out, and only a limited number of openings. Who picks the new people, Can your friend help.

But you practice, you go to gymnastic classes, take course in cheerleading. If there are cheerleading camps, over the summer or holidays, take those.
