Three days ago my four year old dachshund was having back pain. The vet gave her a steroid and pain med, but after a few days she couldn't walk. The vet said she has paralysis and needs and MRI and possible surgery. I can't afford either. Is there anything I can do or does the paralysis mean there is nothing else that can help her.

Is he completely paralyzed? Can he pass urine/feces?
What about a wheelchair?
