What caused the tire to "shoot off"? That's what you need to prove, that Walmart was negligent.

Do we assume that Walmart installed the tires?
You have to sue Walmart in Small Claims Court.

... my back driver side tire shot off it tore up my rim, studs, rotor and bearin ...
It appears the problem was probably loose lug nugs; clearly WalMart's fault. Get an expert opinion from another tire shop.

Yes walmart installed the tires and yes the lugnuts were loose even on the other three tires coming from a mechanic shop I guess the next step would be to get a lawyer

A lawyer can be a step, depending on how much the damages are. Small claims court, no need for an attorney is another.
One first step is to get a tire expert to make a statement that the reason was lose lug nuts for the damages, You get written costs of repair and make a formal claim to walmart for damages in writing.
You will need the expert to testify in court that the lug nuts being loose was the issue.

Well, perhaps. I know I suggested you get expert opinion, but I would argue that it doesn't take an expert to know that loose lug nuts can cause a wheel to come off.
One question I have is how the rim was damaged by coming off. Did it hit something hard after it came off?

No it just wore the holes out because I have aliumnium rims so now that rim is no go becausee the lugnuts will just go straight through the holes
