Heelo Doctor,
Just to brieg you that I underwent laproscopy for cysts removal on 17th June 2012, post that few weeks were normal and without any pain on right lower abdoman... but on 23rd of August I felt severe pain in my stomach, lower abdoman etc ( can't be exactly described) I thought it's a gas in the stomach hence took several digestives like digene, eno etc... but pain did not stop on 29th of August the pain was un bearable and I went to see my gyanec , she said there is a fluid accumulated on the right side lower abdoman which she aspirated through syringe and sent me back home, but pain did not stop and continued severe to severe on 31st night I got acute pain and went to emergency in night.. they gave me few pain killers ( vovron and antibiotics like augmentin), and sent me back home after studying ct scan & ultrasounds they said its nothing. I was not keeping well and pain persisted and I was on pain killers and antibiotics, on 10th eveneing I get avute pain and went to see my gynaec she said after doing ultrasounds that we need to immediately do hysterctomy ( complete), And hyseterctomy was done on 11th Sept , the entire procedure was quite painful and traumatic, I got discharge from hospital on 14th Sept, and was recovering fine my HB was 9.5, and medicines recommended were augmentin. Pentacid, vovron etc. till about yesterday I was recovering fine but y'day evening I get fever approx 100 degrees, & is increased today to 102, after that I had ceftum and paracetamol after consulting my doctor and finding little better, I really don't know and understand as what is all this happening to me... I can't eat much diet only having bottel guards etc, dalia, khichdi, earliear I had loose motions now I am having constipations doctor advises me for lactulose... please suggest as wheather it's a gasteric proble or related to hysterctomy or why I am getting fever... pl help anyone...
