Hello:
Just got a new HP laptop... When I click on the Youcam, it says that no camera is detected. If you have a built in one, make sure it's turned on.
I HAVE a built in one and I have no idea how to turn it on...

Hello NK:
Thanks, but they don't help.. One is to adjust the options, but my options is greyed out... The other is to load a driver, but I don't think a driver is the problem...

On the second page of the HP thread they talk about an issue that seems to occur with a loose wire. I hope it's not that.

Careful with the Geek Squad - they are notorious for getting people to pay for other "problems" that they find. They are totally geared towards making as much money off each client.
