Hi guys
I have bright blonde bleached hair and have for over a year now and I wanted to go a nice deep red colour not to bright.
Does anybody have any tips for me on what product to use please?

Hi there!
As far as I know, this won't be too difficult since you already have blonde hair and are going red. Now, if you were going from-red-to-blonde, that's a whole 'nother ball game.
The first thing to remember is to make sure your hair is unwashed, almost greasy. In this condition, it will take a teensy bit (maybe 5-10 mins) longer for the color to hold, but it's much healthier for your hair if your natural oils are in it.
What kind of color are you looking for? Are you looking for a cherry, burgundy, auburn(natural looking), fire-engine, etc? I can send some recommendations for products that I really like, but they're American products and I don't know what country you're in.
Let me know!

Hello!
I would be careful and do a strand test before you do your whole head. The bleached blonde will hold on to that color really well and you might end up with a very very bright red. I would start with an autumn color because some of the burgundy red colors can turn out really bright.
Also, make sure that you really want to be a red head for a while. Like JennaC said, it is very difficult to go from red back to blonde. You'd either have to wait for it to grow out or strip and probably bleach your hair multiple times to get that red out which is very damaging.
I was a red head for years until I went for a more natural blonde. I miss the red so I sometimes put some streaks of it in the bottom of my hair. Good luck!

Funny you should say - I'm a redhead now! I went from bleach blonde to an auburn. I used a box color at home (much to the chagrin of my sister in law who is a stylist). I didn't wash my hair for three days (super gross) and then colored it and it came out a strawberry blonde at first... so I waited until I had re-growth and then did the same color again. Granted I have a natural-looking auburn red, so it depends on what color you'd like.

Super cute! I love that auburn that shines red in the sunlight. :)
