Hello, I am 19 year old male and I plan on doing P90X after I complete the Insanity program. I am not too keen on using supplements for weight loss and muscle mass, but my only concern is that when doing the P90X program; you build muscle mass and lose weight. I am only doing it for both those benefits. So my only question is, should I use Casein or should I just stick to getting the protein out of the meals?
