OK!

So, a few months ago (about 6) I met this girl at school. We were just aquaintances until a little bit before school got out. We eventually started becoming closer and closer. I told her how I felt one time and she said she didn't feel "that way" about me, so I tried learning to accept that fact. A few days after that, me and her were hanging out and she told me how important I was to her. She said I was the most important thing in her life and that nothing could compare to me. We hug all the time, hold hands, cuddle, kiss each other on the cheek when were alone, but of course we only hug when were with our friends. She has said things like no guy could compare to me, that she's mine and I'm hers, and that I am incredibly handsome and talented and that if I died... she would kill herself. Now I know what you're thinking.. thats a bit over dramatic... but it's what she's said. She has had one boy friend while we have been friends, and even he said they were never that close. No one has been as close to her as I have been. Even she has admit it... now the last time we hung out, she pulled me in and begged me not to go because she would miss me too much and she started crying... please help someone..

Reminds me of my relationship with my best friend when we were teenagers. It's 14 years later, we are still best friends, each married to other people. I have always loved & cared for him, but just never felt that way. Teenage girls are funny, they do things that don't always mirror their emotions... Draw some boundaries for your friendship, it will save it, if nothing else. Best of luck!
