I am renting the lease and bills are in my name. How do I get rid of unwanted roommate? He does pay for his half of the bills and rent but he does nothing else. He takes my things without asking, tried to charge me for mowing and treats me like I am being stupid. I honestly have lost respect for him and don't trust him.

Do you have any written agreement or lease with him.

If not, give him notice and tell him to move out. It will be a 30 to 60 day notice depending on where you live. If he does not move, you file eviction in court
