Want to know if there is a legal way to have my 26 year old son removed from my home. He not on my lease and pays no rent. He's verbally abusive. I know he is doing drugs. It has got to the point that my youngest son moved out and is living in his jeep because the older son keeps stealing his stuff and selling it and he has had enough. He does have a criminal record. He won't work has no driving license . He flips out over wanting cigs. I'm at wits end don't know what to do and on top of that I have his 4 year old daughter living with us n I'm worried about her. He doesn't support her other then his food stamps n I have way to prove his drug use or verbals abuse other then my youngest son and step daughter witness if his behavior . Don't know what to do.

You give him 30 day notice to vacate. If he doesn't leave, you go to court for an eviction order.
If he'd doing drugs report it to the police.

An add on to my previous question about eviction of my 26 year old son. What are the chances of getting temperate custody of my granddaughter giving my son time to get his act together get a job get his license back and provide a home for her.

To add on to your post add a response to this thread, not start a new one. I've merged your threads for you.
If your son has custody of his child, you will have to prove him unfit to get custody.

If he's unfit, go to Court and PROVE he's unfit. How is he collecting food stamps? Is fraud involved?

Eviction and custody are two different courts and can not be done at the same time.
