Hi.

I have a BMI of 22 which I'm told is normal. My body fat is 35.7% though which is high. How is this? How do I fix it? I exercise a lot and eat properly. In the past I haven't though and I have weighed more than I do now.

Any advice will be appreciated

22 bmi and 35.7% body fat? Doesn't make sense my bmi is 25.9 but my body fat is 6%

You must have very low muscle content in your body.
What is your height and weight?

I recommend you get some protein and start weight training along with some walks. Because your body fat levels are obese at this point and if your bmi is normal you need more muscle

I'm 5ft 7 and I weigh 152 lbs.

I'll try the protein. I'me a vegetarian so probably not getting enough protein.
