My last period begin January 3 it went off and haven't had one since but all 5 pregnancy test turned out negative and I have pregnancy symptoms.:confused:

I would call your doctor and have a blood test done to be sure. What signs are you having?

It could be pregnancy, or stress, completely natural, or something else. I was once 2 months 2 weeks late. For seemingly no reason. I was trying very hard to conceive at the time however, and I think I was just stressing over it. I would go get a blood test done, and/or see a doctor for an exam.

It is still possible that you are pregnant, see your doctor and ask him to take a pregnancy blood test, your hormones could be slow to build up high enough to show positive on a urine test.
