I live in Texas. My wife's mother died in January. We received in the mail some kind of notice from Reassure America LIfe Insurance Company, Coppell, Tx. There is a policy number, and some for letter which did not say much.

Our question is, how can we determine if my mother-in-law had coverage with this company. I searched the web but did not find anything.

You can call them up and verify the policy number.
And yes reassure is a common carrier for older people.

They will need a copy of the death certificate to pay
