I am the Bio father and my ex-wife has a case against me trying to terminate my rights to our daughter. I sent a written response saying that I am against this in every way. I just found out that an affidavit concerning interstate compact was filed and I have no idea what that means. Can anyone help me?

It would help if you told us your location. But essentially this simply refers to an agreement between states when custody involves multiple states: http://apps.americanbar.org/child/rclji/placement_assessments/TX_icpc_assessment.pdf
What grounds is she giving to terminate your rights? Generally she has very little chance of doing so.

Is she re-married? It could be that her new husband is seeking to adopt the child.
You need to get a copy of this affidavit so as to find out exactly what it alleges. If she is represented by a law firm, contact that firm, furnish a good address for you, and request that a copy be sent to you. If she is not represented, contact her and make sure that she sends you a copy. If all else fails, contact the court in which this affidavit was filed and arrange to get a copy.
