Phobias of this type are often treated with short, progressive, carefully controlled attempts to do the act that is feared, rather than therapy delving into the person's life.

He does not drive on highway.
Driving anywhere is dangerous for him and everyone else around - if he has a driving phobia he should not be driving.

He wants to drive but he can not he can afford so he can do what he wants to that is his way of living. Everyone know how to keep safety for himself and for other people. Question was how to deal with driving phobia. It is good person is rich and afford a chauffer.

Where I was fooling people. He wants to drive. He has expensive cars. The meaning of these threads to communicate with each other not blame each other. Solve the problem not create the problem. Thanks for sympathy and answering the question with rude way.

Okay but he has a driver, why are you and he worried about his phobia if he doesn't HAVE to drive?
If he has a phobia, which are very difficult to treat, he should not be allowed a driver's licence; especially the particular phobia you mentioned. He is a danger to others if he is allowed to drive.

I can't give you that advice. He has to APPLY for that, do road test and written test in US or CANADA. You don't say what country you are in. UK would have same resrtictions as CANADA,

No I am not a doctor, an expert and I repeat phobias don't disappear; they can't be expunged through medication or counselling.

Your story shifted here AND on the alcoholism thread, that's the connection.
I don't understand your attitude - "Person can not keep chauffer for his comfort or work. Is this some kind of problem?" Well, apparently it is for you, because you posted this question with absolutely no mention of the chauffeur. Now you want to know if this is some sort of problem (for me)?
And I'm an accident investigator - "Everyone k now how to keep safety for himself and for other people." If that WERE true I would be living a completely different lifestyle.
Next time you have a question I'd suggest that you post all the facts the first time so "we" don't have to pry them out of you.

Do you have any question for alcoholism thread? Please let me know. What kind of changes? I need to know. Thread mean discuss problem and solve with manners. Life is not easy. Now everything is going smooth. Hope will go same way. It is very easy to judge someone and leave comments. I am waiting for your reply.

Because Tickle can read and actually understand what she reads. You owe her an apology for suggesting, even demanding, that she give you some sort of example. Your attitude speaks for itself. And if you already know the answer, why did you ask the question?
Give you some kind of example? "In these days everything is possible."
Really? First, please don't even attempt to dictate who will answer your questions and in what manner. No one needs to give you examples, prove ANYTHING to you.
And, no, not everything is possible - this is a blanket statement which, quite frankly, is foolish.
Here's how I know "phobia don't disappear" without some sort of treatment, self or otherwise. I also note your brother doesn't seem to have a problem with what you've diagnosed as a phobia. You do. Anyway, here's the site: http://www.helpguide.org/mental/phobia_symptoms_types_treatment.htm
Here's a thought. Two thoughts, in fact. If you need a solid answer, pay for it - pay an Attorney, pay a Psychiatrist.

Let me try to explain this again and see if you understand it.
I mentioned the alcoholism thread because and only because your story on the three (I believe) separate threads changed from post to post, from thread to thread. Same thing happened here. After people put time and energy into answering you your brother suddenly wasn't driving, he had a chauffeur.
"Thread mean discuss problem and solve with manners"? Where are you reading that? This is a Q and A site - not a blog.
I'd like to know where you think I'm judging you - please quote exactly where I said that.
If you still don't understand why I mentioned the alcoholism thread, ask again and I'll try again.
You're waiting for my reply on the alcoholism threads? Which one? I didn't post there then, and I'm not going to post there now.
You certainly seem to have a lot of interest in everyone else's problems.
I will add that it is interesting that many, many posts later "we" learn that YOU diagnosed your brother's problem as a phobia. You're interested in everyone else's credentials? What are yours?
