I have 2 kids. My daughter who is my husbands biological daughter and my son who is not, My sons father left us when my son was 2 months old. I met my husband and he has raised my son since then. He is the only father my son knows. We've recently separated and I was wondering can I put child support for both kids since my ex husband still wants to see and have my son as well as my daughter?

Nope.. you don't put anything on it.. the court does, and he will rightfully claim its not his , DNA tests will prove it... and the fact you never went after the real father for support will reinforce his stance..

He will however have to pay for his own child.
